Open plan living area with seating area, Wi-Fi, smart TV and incorporating a well equipped Kitchen with electric cooker, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dining area with a table to seat 4. There are hairdryers, iron and ironing board.

Bedroom 1: king size bed.

Bedroom 2: single bed

Bathroom: with bath and over bath power shower, basin and W.C.

Heating: wood burner, electric panel heaters and under floor heating throughout.

Patio: private patio with seating area.

Parking: parking for 2 cars outside Old Mill. Plenty of additional parking on site.
