Iken Barns is surrounded by beautiful landscapes, features and animals both wild and tame making it an inspiring location for photographers to learn and develop their skills. We have teamed up with some well known local proffessional photographers to offer you the chance to not only enjoy the stunning surroundings through a lens but also learn a great deal from people who really know what they are talking about. We are offering both residential and 1 day courses :

1 Day Photography course :

We also have a selection of 1 day courses conducted by Sue Evans and Brian Carlick, both of which are very experienced photographers, these days are best suited to people new to photography and those looking to improve their skills. Our next one day course will be on the 13th April 2012. The one day course will be £125.00 including a light lunch at Snape - vouchers are available and make great presents.

Come on a photography course at Iken Barns and you will go away inspired and with a wealth of new skills, we are ideally situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the picturesque Suffolk Heritage Coast. Hardy's Barn, Our light, spacious Studio has breathtaking views of the river for 6 miles from Snape to Aldeburgh.

We also work with Tony Pick in Aldeburgh to arrange one to one photography sessions from half day to full days. These can be arranged during your stay at Iken Barns.
