The Suffolk Coast and Countryside lends itself very well to food lovers with a whole host of locally sourced and produced quality food. Here at Iken Barns you can go on a food safari and source your food as well as learn how to prepare it. Courses are run with Food Safari and include butchery and seafood workshops, beer safaris, game workshops and artisan bread. We can even arrange for a chef to come in and cook your dinner in your barn whilst explaining tips to cooking it during an informal evening over a glass of good wine - learn how to cook well and get a fantastic meal included.
